On July 1st, The Toma Group launched its long awaited flagship product, Seniors Connected. Initial marketing yielded exciting results as real estate professionals started signing up for sponsorships of their local communities all over the country. As of the end of July, 2007, the development arm of The Toma Group had over fifty sites waiting to be built.

The Toma Group design team has completed the design and functionality of their neighborhood web site product and has turned over the specifications to the programming team for final assembly. Designed to be the ultimate web site for subdivisions, condominium projects, neighborhoods, and communities to run their homeowners associations, or for various community structures simply to have a vehicle with which to interact amongst each other, the product has been constantly upgraded for three years until it is now head and shoulders above anything you will find in the marketplace. Following the completion of Your Neighborhood Online, The Toma Group will follow with Groups Connected, Organizations Connected, Clubs Connected, Churches Connected, Your Life Connected, and Professionals Connected. While closely related, each product will be optimized for their intended purpose. These products will provide Sponsors and Co-sponsors with a tremendous opportunity to stay in front of the consumer on a consistent basis in order to create TOMA.

After almost five years in design, study, production, testing, and multiple upgrades and improvements, The Toma Group is excited to announce that on July 1, 2007 they will begin the orchestrated launch of an unprecedented network of over 2,000 City, County, State and National interconnected Seniors’ web sites across the nation. Designed to serve the needs and interests of the exploding Seniors demographic with multitudes of research features, life enrichment functions, communication systems and constantly updated information, these sites will have Seniors across the nation coming back time and time again. The Toma Group attended the 2005 Washington Association of Realtors annual education conference and trade show held in the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue, WA. Having just completed beta versions of both the neighborhoods and seniors TOMA products, we were anxious to see what real estate professionals thought about them. While we did gather some useful suggestions, wants, needs, wishes, etc., overall the reception was fantastic. They loved the products and were glad someone finally addressed this form of marketing and personal promotion with sites geared for the real estate industry. In fact, the reception was so great that we actually had a couple of people begging us to put them on a waiting list. We ended up signing about thirty people to a waiting list for seniors sites throughout Washington State! We are now back to the drawing board to incorporate many of the ideas we picked up along with others we want to implement before the products are released. We are hoping to complete the first fully functional, and even more feature rich, version of the Seniors Connected product and start construction of the public sites by sometime early Spring 2007.
